Jim Gozde at Mercury Auto Transport was THE BEST all through the pick up and delivery of my vehicle. Hassa my Lucky Strike Express driver was also courteous throughout the process. My only advice is that the driver could be a bit better communicating with the customer. Granted it was Christmas time and also the weather conditions are challenging…. But in this age of cell phones a quick text or call goes a long way to make the customer confident in choosing a certain company.
OVERALL, I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
