Jim is very responsible. Follow up with me all the time till my car delivered. I requested to transport my car on 12/31/21 and requested only two days prior to pick up my car. It was holiday and short time notice. Jim tried his best to help me find the earliest pick up date and helped me find solution and advice when it is later than my expecting pick up date. He is very helpful. Thanks for him.
