We had a great experience. Ryan Fowler, of Mercury, was extremely professional and on the ball, which is why I chose to use Mercury. He knew our situation and took care of us. He kept us informed daily and explained the entire process thoroughly. He responded immediately to phone calls/texts/emails from me.
L&L Pro Services picked up my son's truck in Florida, and transported it to the Frozen Tundra, even helping my son jump his battery in 6 degree temperature. Luis kept us informed of his arrival and drop off. We are very pleased with the services.
