Rated 4 instead of 5 because I had nothing to compare I with since this was my first car transport. Also, the pick up was one day late because the first carrier accepted and then didn't respond to contacts. I had a small window of opportunity for pick up due to a funeral and loading up for moving my 81 year old mother out of her apartment and flying her up to Illinois. My agent, Eric La Gra, went above and beyond and took the stress out of the situation reassuring me that he would get it taken care of. Eric found a carrier that he knew personally and got them to accept the transport. They agreed to pick up the car without anyone being present. The car arrived on time with no damage. The carrier was polite and helpful. I would use Mercury Transport and Eric La Gra again if I had to transport another vehicle.
