Mercury transport, Mike and John the driver were outstanding. I was really very concerned about buying an out of state car sight unseen and than having to have it shipped. I was reading the reviews and prior to that posted requests on many sites for quotes. I must have recieved over 50 quotes for well over $500. I found several reviews on here for Mercury and decided to give them a call based on price and other customer reviews.
They quoted me a price that was at least $50 less than everyone else. That and the positive reviews here was enough for me to hire them. Mike followed up with me throughout the entire process as wel as another person from his office whos name escapes me now. I also was able to speak with the driver who answered his phone everytime I called. They delivered the car right to my front door and it was in perfect condition. I could tell that John truly cared about getting the cars here in the same condition they were picked up in. Allthe bad experiences I read about did not happen on this deal. It could not have gone any better. Lets be honest at $415 to ship the car from Florida to North Carolina no one is getting rich, but I was still treated like it was a million dollar deal. Alot of other business owners could take a lesson in customer service from Mercury Auto Transport. Great job guys!
