Eric at Mercury Auto transport contacted me after i Indicated I need to ship my vehicle from Sarasota to NYC. He advised me the best way to proceed and what to expect. His advice was accurate and the vehicle was picked up within the 3 day window he indicated.
The car arrived in NY within a reasonable timeframe.
Eric was easy to contact during the process, returned my calls promptly with a phone call or text and kept me up to date regarding an estimated pick up date while Mercury was negotiating with transporters. I would certainly use Eric and Mercury again.
