I recently had to ship my car from Dallas Tx to Charlotte NC. Being it my first shipping experience I was really skeptical but Jim Gozde who was my agent made sure to send me all the details on how the process works and kept me updated on the progress every day as well as answered all my questions. the pick up instructions were clear and even the pick up driver made sure that the process was smooth. The car was delivered in good shape with in 2 days of the pickup.
