My family was moving from Salem Oregon to Las Vegas Nevada and I was not happy with the thought of driving the car myself. I am 66 years old so that didn’t seem like a good thing for me to do. I was overwhelmed with the amount of responses to my search on transferring cars but Mercury ‘s rep offered a lot of knowledge , experience and trustworthiness. My agent was Trevor Thomas and he was absolutely outstanding ; he followed up almost every day sending me texts and reminding me of how many days left before my car will get picked up etc. Thank you Trevor. My car arrived on time. Thank you Jose our driver!
