From my first phone call to delivery of my car - cross country - I received excellent service from Mercury Auto Transport. My agent, Alex Miller, responded immediately to my inquiry and took the time to educate me on how the transport-trucking industry works. This was so important in the process of my choosing a company. He was knowledgeable, professional, and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. I highly recommend this company if you need to transport a vehicle, and should I need this service in the future, I will call Mercury Auto and ask for Alex Miller!! Thanks Alex - you "delivered!" ;)
