The process was a little scary because it was my first time shipping a vehicle cross country but Tracy Nelson ensured my experience was a awesome one. She kept me informed about how the process works and sent helpful links to aid me from start to finish. Because of her support early in the search convinced me to use Mercury Transport as my broker. Great River Transporters where also very easy to work with and made the experience very pleasant.
