This was the first time using a vehicle transport service. I received a link to Mercury from my neighbor who had just arranged to move a vehicle to his new home in a different state. I had to move my son's car from Washington to Southern California. I have to say that this was WAY easier than expected. I filled out the form and was contacted right away by Jay Turek. He provided me with information on how the auto transport business works, the cost including typical hidden ones, and what to expect. He kept me informed and up to date and as the date approached, we worked together to meet my timeline. Now my son's car is here and I could not be happier.
