This is the second time I've shipped using Mercury Auto Transport. The first time, my agent Eric La Gra, took the time to explain how the entire process worked and asked me what my needs and expectations were. I explained some issues I'd had with a prior shipping company and he made sure that I wouldn't have a similar experience. He kept in touch with me throughout the process until my car was delivered. The second time, now that I was more comfortable with the process, he was able to find me a shipper right away at a fair price. The shipper picked up as promised and delivered the car to me a day early. Eric La Gra was available if I'd had any issues. I will definitely use this service again.
