Thank you for reaching out to me and informing me of the current situation and bringing these issues to my attention so that they can be addressed immediately.
I want to first apologize again for the completely unprofessional way in which Roman has spoken with you and handled your transport. It is not acceptable and definitely something we do not condone or approve of here at Mercury. I will be speaking with Roman today in regards to his actions and be retraining him on how to properly communicate with our customers, and about whether or not Roman will continue to have a future here at Mercury.
