Of all the feedback I received after posting I was looking to ship my truck, only Pete Reynolds from Mercury took the time to explain how a transport worked and what to expect. For a complete novice like myself, this was greatly appreciated. Pete honored my request regarding timing and today my truck is in Raleigh with my daughter. The carrier, Joseph Grimes, was wonderful. Very personable and friendly and kept me posted on his arrival to pick up the truck. If ever I have need to ship another vehicle, I will contact Pete Reynolds. My experience could not have been better.
