Tess Olivares provided exception service throughout the prearrangement and order process and through follow up. When I first made a general inquiry into auto transport for a future need once my new auto was delivered by the manufacturer and the dealer had accomplished predelivery inspection and installed some dealer options, Tess was among the first to respond and also provided an informative overview of how the auto transport business worked. She followed up with me periodically to see if the car was ready for transport. Once the vehicle was finally ready for transport i was very worried that there was insufficient time to get the car from its Virginia origin to where I needed the vehicle to be in Michigan where I would first arrive in the US from my origin in Mexico City. At this point there were only three days left after pickup until my Michigan need date. I immediately contacted Tess to see if she could do the impossible. She helped me complete the order paperwork,which was a little confusing to me given my situation since if we were not going to be able to make the initial desired date, I would need to delay delivery by about 10 days until someone would be there to accept delivery. After submission of the order Tess contacted me saying she had a driver that could pick it up the next day and deliver it the following day, more than meeting me requirements. I was extatic to say the least. From this point on all went perfectly according to plan and the vehicle arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Tess is now my vehicle transport Super Hero. Thank you Tess.
