My initial set up with mercury transport was great. Spencer Thomas did a fantastic job of explaining the whole process to me. He was also very diligent about keeping me up to date with the actual transporters.
Unfortunately the transport selected had some difficulties pinning down an actual time of delivery. His delivery went from 8 to 10 to 3 and then finally 6 pm on the same day. Once he got to the drop off point, he missed the entrance and pulled to the side of the highway. At that time a car traveling at high speed, rear ended the transport truck, tearing the entire top of the car off. I cannot believe my vehicle was not damaged. Long story short; Spencer Thomas did a great job. Would have been less stressful if the transport was on time.
