The entire operation was excellent. Spencer Thomas was extremely helpful and exceptionally honest: he gave me information and a video to see how auto transport works across the industry. Valeriu was the truck driver. He was friendly and accommodating. When my pickup date did not work, he actually offered to pay for half the extra charges of $150. (I told him that he should not have to do that.) Mercury decided to absorb the extra charge themselves. Ernesto actually picked me up at O'Hare when I arrived and drove me to my car. I am amazed by how efficient and professional everyone was.
