I chose Mercury because of the great reviews I had read and I'm so happy I did. Mike reached out a few times to me in the couple weeks I was deciding when I was going to ship my sons car from TX to CO. It was a stressful situation I was in having the car 10 hrs away with no idea how to get it back home. Mike made it painless for me! When I reached out with a decided date he started the process for me and within 2 days my sons car was delivered. It was my first time shipping a car and he explained everything to me and sent me information of what to expect before, during and after. While Mike was away from the office Logan filled in and his communication was just as great! Answered all my questions in a timely manner and chose a great carrier for me, Gods Transport Inc, Jarrison Rivera was the driver and he was very kind and communicated with me the entire time as well. Drop off was right on time and car was in the same shape as it was shipped! During this time I also communicated with June in the fulfillment Department from the time I was assigned my carrier until it was dropped off. Thank you everyone that had a part in the shipping of my sons car. I will recommend this company to anyone needing their car shipped! Excellent job!!!
