Very positive experience. J Turek, patiently lead me through the entire process giving me the confidence to trust in their process. I was extremely skeptical to the point I actually spent time at the worlds largest truckstop reviewing transports, attitudes and just trying to get a pulse on what it would mean to have my new pick up transport at 1600 miles from Spokane Washington to Davenport Iowa. Jay convinced me to save myself the drive and trust in him and his experience to get me through this. I don’t trust anyone,, but Jay seemed genuine and I can confirm now what he told me came exactly true. He set me up with a carrier who he had worked with before, giving me additional confidence that we were all in this together and I can confirm that both Mercury transport and the carrier were in contact with me every day until delivery. The price was more than market competitive, and with the trust factor it’s a no-brainer to go with these guys. Yes, it’s a huge stressor but these guys are professionals and they’ll take care of you.
