My agent and this company was a definite upgrade from a company I had to cancel with. Very helpful and straightforward. Most importantly was customer service and professionalism I received. The carrier they set me up with was top notch. It’s good to be networked and this company definitely is. I should also mention that my pick up was short notice due to dealing with a different company that I had to drop. Military PCSing and need to ship your vehicle, I definitely recommend Mercury.
