Although I've had some experience with my neighbor's car and his transporting of it, I have never sent a car before, myself. Mercury & Justin were great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with my doubts and questions. I sent a Buick from Florida to Indiana and although there was a 1 day delay in pickup due to problems in Miami, the car arrived on time.Everything was accomplished as promised, all actions were upfront, and all attitudes were friendly and most helpful. I would both use and recommend Mercury again.The top notch service belied the very low cost of getting the job done!
