This was my first car shipping experience. I learned that the industry is a complex network of brokers and small scale subcontractors who do the actual driving. Its also very dynamic- you dont know when your car will move until just before it goes. I checked with many different services and feel lucky to have connected with Carlos Robles at Mercury. He was by far the most professional and low-pressure of all the brokers. He communicated well and helped me to understand what was going on. My car arrived earlier than promised (after the pickup was made) and in perfect condition. Good luck with your transport!
