Eric and Mercury Auto Transport met our expectations, and I would recommend them as well as use them again. The only issue that we had caused a delay in finding a carrier and transport of my truck. An unscrupulous and unauthorized agent with a different transport company listed my truck on the national board, thus causing my agent, Eric, to not receive the carrier contacts that he should have been receiving. Eric will forward to you a detailed explanation of how the board and selection process function. Excellent knowledge to have if you are new to shipping a vehicle, as I was.
The carrier selected did a fantastic job delivering our truck to our driveway without any damage and as promised.
