Logan Raprager with Mercury Auto Transport reached out almost immediately when I first requested quotes online to transport a car I was looking to purchase. I must admit that there were lower quotes that came in after his, not a whole lot lower but none the less lower. If you are looking for the lowest price then Mercury Auto Transport may not be for you. If on the other hand you are looking for excellent customer service, then I think you should consider Mercury Auto Transport and don't hesitate to ask for Logan Raprager. Logan always responded to my text messages, and phone calls. To say that I was a little nervous is an understatement as this was my first time having a vehicle transported to another state. Logan went above and beyond in easing that nervous feeling. He first sent me some reading material on "How Auto Transportation Really Works" and then he sent "10 Tips to Ensure A Safe Auto Transport", all very important information. Once I had confirmed my order with Mercury Auto Transport Logan once again sent me "4 Important Points to Know Before Your Vehicle Is Picked Up", again very good information to know. I could go on and on about the customer service I received from not only Logan but Mercury Auto Transport also. Last thing I have to say, Excellent Customer Service is high on my list and these folks delivered all the way.
