Extremely pleased with the service provided by Mercury Auto Transport and Mr. William Kuchtiak. William was phenomenal to work with and exceeded my expectations. He provided detailed information every step along the way. I worked a couple of months out and there was not much to be done until we were within a week of my ship date. William sent me a weekly text/email just to let me know what to expect next and that he was still working on my behalf. There were no surprises. The selected auto transportation company also did a great job. If I'm ever in need of auto shipping in the future, I will absolutely go with Mercury Auto Transport and William.
