Jesus Vega was my broker agent through Mercury Auto Transport. This is my second time using Mercury. Communications are prompt, frequent. He set expectations well. We were transporting three vehicles, one of which was a vintage model BMW. He was flexible and working with us to find a transport solution when it became clear that transporting all three vehicles and close simultaneously was going to be difficult to arrange. After good communication with me, we decided to create both an open and a closed Transport Request to see which one got filled first. He negotiated fair pricing for each scenario, and ultimately we had to transport the cars in two separate shipments. Because he had agreed to arrange for all three cars to be transported, he maintained his broker fee despite having to do twice the work. In both cases the carriers were given specific instructions, and specific time frames, and the carriers he selected communicated well with the individuals at the pick up point as well as the ones at the drop off point. The vehicles all arrived in the same condition, and the drivers treated the vehicle as their own, working hard to protect the cars during delivery. Though the process was challenging, Jesus made the process as painless as possible in the circumstances, and ultimately successfully arranged this complicated vehicle transport plan. I will look to Mercury again in the future for my transport needs.
