Deb was highly professional in how she managed my car transportation request. She listened to my needs and took the time to answer my questions.I was impressed with the fact that she followed up to ensure that the car was picked up as expected. When she learned that the driver hadn’t picked up in the agreed time frame she took the time to car the transport team to find out what the issue was. Her communication and follow up were greatly appreciated.
