Working with Jim Gozde of Mercury Auto Transport was a totally positive experience! He made himself available by email, text messaging, business number AND personal cell phone. He was quick to respond to questions I had during the 6 plus weeks of coordinating my long distance move with shipping my 2022 Kia. He texted & emailed me weekly with updates & reminders . He sent links to informative videos regarding shipping process which was very welcome & helpful. He even contacted me to check to see if carrier driver had contacted me and again to see how delivery of my car went. Start to finish Jim was there If you are thinking of shipping your vehicle, MERCURY with Jim Gozde is the best choice you can make.
