I was hesitant to get my vehicle transported after reading some of the negative reviews. I read about bait and switch tactics being used, terrible transport companies etc. I decided to give William Kuchtiak a call to discuss the entire process. He was very informative on what to expect throughout the entire process. I can say that the people who claim huge increases over the quote vs the actual cost did not fully understand the process, nor do they understand that they first received a QUOTE with an ESTIMATED cost and that this estimate is actually a market average It could be more it could be less it could be the exact amount. After agreeing to use their services your vehicle is placed on a nationwide board for carriers to look to to fill a load. If a carrier decides to transport your car they will submit an offer, which will get relayed to you. Now this is the part that people must not understand, you can decline an offer if you are not satisfied with the amount offered. I decided that the first offer was adequate although it was roughly 35 dollars more than the estimate. The offer came in a little over 24 hours after agreeing to use their services, my car was delivered about 28 hours after the offer was accepted. The car was about 800 miles away. I was pleased with their services and appreciative that they went over and above to make sure I fully understood the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone.
