This was my first experience with transporting a vehicle. I went online to gather information and was immediately inundated with emails, voicemails, and texts from dozens of people and companies offering to transport my vehicle. It was unnerving how aggressive and relentless some people were. The info from Mercury Auto Transport stood out as they offered me information about the process and the industry. Working with Melissa Dossett, I learned what to consider and what the common scams are to be avoided. They helped me learn what I didn't know and what I didn't know that I didn't know. Once I was assigned to Jaden Express Transport, the process really took off and was seamless. I was able to communicate, directly, with the owner of the transport company, Rudy Gomez, who answered more questions and was very reassuring. He connected me with my driver, Jesse Hernandez, who was, equally, helpful and accommodating. My vehicle was picked up in Salt Lake City and arrived in Austin, TX, as promised, with no glitches and no surprises. If I ever need to transport another vehicle, I will cut through the BS and contact Melissa at Mercury Auto Transport, directly. Highly recommend.
