I worked with Angelo to help me find a carrier from Miami to South Carolina. I was quoted a fair price that never changed, and the carrier he chose was very nice and attentive to my needs. They had a couple of setbacks picking up and dropping off the car, but were very accommodating when I told them I needed my car to be picked up on a certain date. The driver was stuck in traffic on the way to pickup and they suggested to move the pickup to the following date. When I explained that I couldn't reschedule because I had to be out of the home by then, the arranger (Yudiel) and her daughter got in their car in the middle of the night to come and pickup my car themselves! There's a term she used for the authorization I had to give her to do this, but I can't remember it. She came with a special license plate for the short time she would be driving my car to the lot for loading onto the truck. She kept in touch the entire way, and to my surprise, she actually traveled with my car (and her husband I assume) all the way to South Carolina to complete the drop off. It was very comforting to know that I wasn't just being passed around from person to person who wouldn't remember me. Angelo did a great job answering all of my paranoid questions patiently and in detail, and chose a carrier he was already familiar with to take care of me. If I ever have to go through the stressful process of moving from one state to another again, I'll be giving Mercury a call.
