What an awesome experience! I have never been involved in shipping an automobile before this. I selected Mercury Auto due to the detailed emails on how this whole shipping process worked. I worked with Melissa Dossett and she spelled out the do's and don'ts of booking a carrier. She quoted a price (not the lowest-but not the highest) and when I decided to go through with the booking, she had a carrier (MC Trans) booked within minutes at the quoted price. Melissa booked the carrier in the morning and by that afternoon the car was picked up. The car was being transported from California to Ohio. Being located in Ohio, I was unable to be at the pickup. MC Trans (Jane) contacted me and she took care of everything. The driver (Ganaa) went through a detail inspection of the car at pickup. The car was picked up on 3/27/24 and schedule to be delivered on 4/2/24. On 3/30/24, Jane called and said the driver was in Ohio and would drop the car off the next day, 4/1/24. One day earlier than expected! I had the car dropped off at a supermarket parking lot, as our street is too small to drive a truck down. The driver texted me and said he was at the drop off spot and even sent a picture showing me exactly where he was. By the time I got to the parking lot, Ganaa had the car off loaded and completely wiped down. I looked over the car and absolutely no damage what so ever. This was an excellent first experience and I thank Mellisa, Jane, and Ganaa for making it happen!
