Mercury Auto Transport was great and Carol Ciriello - with whom I spoke walked me through the whole process. She went above and beyond answering my questions and saved my sanity (because I was nervous about shipping my daughter’s car). Our car made it safe and sound from Boston to Richmond in a timely manner. Carol told me exactly what to do and what to expect. I will 100 percent call her again so that I don’t need to make that drive myself.
