After my frustration with N_ Transport that I can’t reach out after booking, all empty promises, I cancelled my booking and contacted Jake Horner from Mercury and that is the best decision I made on shipping my car from Oregon to Florida. Jake was very easy to reach, he personally texted, called emailed more than once a day to inform me of my status. Because I live in rural area, it wasn’t easy to find a driver for enclosed trailer, but he did find me All Ways Shipping, LLC. Jake did an excellent job in negotiating the price, finding a reliable transport, and continued to communicate with me. The shipping went over and above my expectations and I’m really grateful that I switched with Mercury because a week later, N_ called me stating they found a driver, even if I already canceled my booking. which J told them Mercury found me a driver a week ago. I hope my experience will help others in making this important decision.
