Exceptional experience from the beginning to the end. Like most people I have never shipped a vehicle from the mainland (east coast) to Hawaii, and I did not know what to expect. While doing my due diligence looking for a shipping company, I pleasantly discovered Mercury Auto Transport, and an exception human being, Jake Horner. He guided me through the process step by step, gave me an honest comparable quote, and he was completely transparent. It is a process that can be very complicated, yet I felt completely comfortable and confident I chose the right company to handle something that was of great value to me and my son. I will happily recommend Jake, June Carroll, and the companies he uses to complete the vehicle transport; Discovery Enterprise, who was on time and had good customer service skills, and finally Matson. But Jake and June stayed in communication with me, with each transfer, to the final delivery in Hawaii. We couldn't be happier.
