We recently had occasion to have our 1994 Mercedes E320 transported from northwest Montana to Southeast Kentucky. We enlisted the aid of Mercury Auto Transport in finding a carrier to transport the vehicle. This required dealing with a long-term parking facility (in our absence) at the pick-up end and arranging delivery directly to us at the receiving end. Our agent, Jim Gozde, was able to arrange this for us, and kept us notified of the progress of events on a daily basis. The entire process took about three weeks to accomplish, which I thought was very acceptable given that the route involved is not a heavily trafficked one, particularly now that winter is beginning to take hold. Our driver, Vitaly Lysikov of Polar Logistics, was also superb. Our car was delivered to us in excellent condition on the date specified. The price was very reasonable. Should it ever become necessary for us to transport another vehicle, we will definitely contact Mercury Auto Transport to make those arrangements.
