William Kuchtiak was the Mercury agent for transporting my SUV across the country. William was able to secure a transporter the very next day and on-budget. In less than a week, I was sitting in my safely and quickly delivered SUV. I appreciate the communication and he took the time to make sure I understood the process of vehicle transporting.
