Mitch Gips was quick to respond to my inquiry and gave me all the information I needed. His responsiveness was the main reason I chose Mercury Auto Transport. Then, Jill Jerome, the dispatcher at Mercury, was excellent too. The truck was late picking up the car but, due to Jill's help, we got the correct communication from the driver via a three way call with the driver. They actually delivered the car early and in good shape. I would use Mercury again.
