Jim Gozde is "The Man" at Mercury Auto Transport. He helped me understand the entire process of auto transport and was honest in all the correspondence. He followed up promptly with me from start to end. My vehicle was picked up and delivered on time as promised in good condition. Jim even corresponded after hours with me to recover a set of house keys which I forgot to take from the driver of the truck transporting my car. He setup a conference call with the driver and helped the driver to find the nearest FEDEX location to ship my keys back to my apartment leasing office. The driver (Alphonso) used by Mercury Auto Transport was kind enough to mail me the keys en route to Virginia.

I would highly recommend Jim Gozde at Mercury Auto Transport to anybody who is looking to get their vehicle transported worry free. Thanks Jim and everybody involved for making my vehicle move seamless.
