This is my first time to ship a vehicle. I contacted many shippers ranging in price from $650-950. Eric Rezner was very knowldgeable and explained the basics of the business and how it works. I found this very helpful. Jim Gozde coordinated the transport company and driver. Miguel Mejia from Element Auto Transport picked up our vehicle on the designated day (with a minor delay due to a previous customer). The vehicle was actually delivered with no problem one day earlier than we expected which we greately appreciated. The communcation from Mercury Auto Transport was excellent throughout. I was able to contact the transport driver and he always answered my calls immediately. Everyone involved in this process was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Mercury Auto Transport brokers.
