This was my first time transporting a car and i was scared after reading many horror stories and using 2 companies that flat out lied to me. I talked to Kat, who explained how everything works, she was very nice and informative. I even called her at 11PM at night and she actually answered! She helped me get things started right away. The carrier was a couple days late on picking up the car but Kat was always there when I called letting me know everything that was going on and assured me that they would be contacting me. The driver came two days late, but I am glad Brian in dispatch was easy to get a hold of and always let me know what was going on. My car got here only 1 day late and was in good condition. I am glad the people at Mercury auto transport are on my side and I will only work with them!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!! You truly are gems over there!!!!!!!!!!
