Mercury transport was about average with their quote. I chose this company upon the excellent reviews and BBB affiliation and web site. They called with a carrier within minutes. The problem was with carrier, VIP Haul, INC. They were a day later than originally stated on pick up and 3 days later on delivery. Driver kept giving me a run around and when convertible was delivered, it was covered in oil spots and convertible top was greasy from the cables from the carrier. I really felt I could not trust the carrier at all with the run around I was receiving. I would never use VIP Haul INC. again and would never recommend them to anyone. I was very disappointed that Mercury Transport would even use/recommend a carrier that was not more reliable.
