The engine of my Volvo S-80 blew up in a small town in Nevada. I had it towed by AAA to Elko and contacted Mercury Auto Transport. Juan Carlos was very courteous and assured me that they would have someone there to pick up my car within five days. I signed up with them and went home to California. The following morning, I received a call from them that they had arranged for a pick up. Twenty-four hours later, I was watching my car being unloaded in California. I am very impressed. The whole operation took less than five days from initial contact to delivery. Service was courteous throughout and I would not hesitate to use Mercury Auto Transport in the future. Thank you.
