Eddie was extremely helpful, went out of his way to find carriers when I told him my situation. Carrier was on time, pickup was even early.
Mercury gave me a pretty good quote, compared to other companies. Eddie was also helpful and honest, and he told me how the shipping industry works in terms of guarantees and all that.
