The rate wasn't the lowest rate I received nor was it the highest. I decided on Mercury after speaking to them and getting what I felt to be straight-forward information about how the industry works and how prices are determined. I had a feeling that the company would do a good job.
Once I decided they followed up with phone calls to me informing me of where we were in the process, when the driver was given the order and giving me the drivers name and contact number. Within a few days I received a phone call from the driver telling me of the anticipated pick up date.
The car was picked up on time and I received another call from Mercury following up on the process.
The car was delivered on the 8th day....the promised delivery date was 8 - 10 days.
The car arrived with no damage.
YES I would use Mercury again and would highly recommend this company to others.
