I had a three wheel vehicle that needed to be delivered by a complicated route. I spent two months with Rite Way transport. They totally jerked me around. Did not return phone calls, promises, promises, promises. Finally Jim Godze from Mercury agreed to work on it. I heard from him everyday. He personally talked to possible truckers, discussed with me about pricing, timing etc. It was a very difficult job. They did a great job for me, spending ten times the amount of effort for their typical contract. Thanks Jim,
