Mercury responded quickly to my initial inquiry, and also provided some very useful information about how this industry operated. My contact person was Eric Rezner and I am 100% satisfied with his follow through in keeping me informed of what was going on with the scheduling of my car to the day it was picked up. It was very helpful that he contacted the dealer I purchased the car from to make sure all the details were worked out. I hope to be purchasing another vehicle later this year and I will definitely call Eric for my nest transport.
