Theo was professional in the arrangements to transport my motorcycle from California to Maine. Quick responses and put in the legwork to act as bridge between myself and the actual transport team. The transport itself took several days longer than originally quoted, apparently due to one customer being unreachable.. The transport was supposed to include up to 100 pounds in a box. However, my box apparently was too big and I got charged by the hauler extra for that. There are no clear guard lines on the allowed dimensions of the box.
Overall, I may use them again, but would really want some better clarity on delivery dates and what is included.
