Before Milky Way, I had made deposits with two other transport companies. The first company still had not picked up my vehicle 3 weeks after the available date. The second company promised a pick up date within 3 days of the deposit. They scheduled my pickup date within that time frame, however the driver contacted us with an excuse that my vehicle would not fit on his truck so he wasn't coming for pick up. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated and canceled that order.
On a whim, I decided to take another look at Milky Way. I contacted Mike who was very helpful and honest. He told me that his company was smaller, but he would take it as his personal mission to get my vehicle shipped to me. He couldn't believe it had been a month and I still didn't have my car. He did as promised and my vehicle was picked up within two days of my initial phone call to him. And it arrived five days later. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I just wish I would've called them first. Thank you!!
