Won't honor their contract

On May 20, I was offered a contract to ship a pickup from GA to TN for $300. Both Marvin Hansen and Kevin Peterson knew the details including the truck wouldn't run. I signed the contract via DocuSign and gave them the $100 deposit. From there it was over 2 weeks of hassles with them saying it would cost $950, then we'll talk to the driver. Okay, it will be $850, then $800. I was told over and over by CEO and founder Kevin Peterson he would honor the contract, just be patient. Finally, Marvin Hansen said he found a driver for $500. I told him to go ahead and ship it. Never heard back from them.
